Hi, I'm Coach Daniel. I’m a highly experienced professional trainer in the categories of Martial arts, Yoga, and Functional Fitness. I emphasize the value of constant learning, eating well, and self-improvement. As a result, my previous clients have developed highly effective self-defense techniques, have lost weight, and experience new levels of fitness, confidence, and empowerment.  Training with me is only the tip of the iceberg; as the process unfolds, my clients discover capabilities within themselves and have a lot of fun during the process. Beyond physical fitness, I am also a mentor who seeks to inspire my clients through the training and practice of mental fitness. I have over a decade of experience in teaching these philosophies to personal clients, as well as the development of other instructors. Being a former owner of Fight Strong, a martial arts and yoga infused studio, began my experiences as an entrepreneur, which developed into creating and managing professional training programs for health and wellness studios, company team-building, and non-profit organizations

The program curriculums I design are progressive and dynamic for team-building exercises, as well as achieving personal fitness goals. Through my training programs, leaders and their teams learn to profoundly impact their lives and organizations by discovering the power that lives within them to create breakthrough results that come from accessing their own inner champions.
