This program is designed to tackle the omnipresent self-protection dilemma of ending up on the ground during an altercation. It prioritizes the tools required to get up from the ground or fight from the ground. These classes are taught by a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.

Do I Need Prior Experience to Come Train?
Not at all! In fact it's actually easier to learn if you're brand new to martial arts. We are very welcoming to our beginner students. As a new student it's important to build a proper foundation and at our school we focus on helping you get that!
When Can I Start?
We start with a consultation phone call or an in-person appointment, during which you and Coach Daniel will schedule your one-on-one orientation class. After your orientation class, you'll be able to come try group classes for a week before you commit!
Memberships start from $129 to $169.00 (depending on number of classes & program)
We also offer discount price for first responders and public school teachers.
